Role Purpose:
The Sales and Marketing Personnel will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies to drive attendance, revenue, and brand awareness. This role is pivotal in ensuring the Amusement Park’s continued success and growth.

Responsibilities include:

  • Promoting the park’s products, services, and experiences to attract visitors and drive revenue.
  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting sales activities, managing promotional campaigns, and fostering positive relationships with customers to achieve revenue targets.
  • Achieving the company’s sales targets and enhancing its brand visibility in the market.
  • Generating leads.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business customer relationships.
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
  • Research new opportunities for market growth.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets, including group bookings, and special events.
  • Assist the Park in reaching its target customers.
  • Perform analysis on marketing strategy effectiveness.
  • Prepare analytic reports.

Skills & Education Requirements:

  • BSc in Marketing / Higher National Diploma in Sales and Marketing.
  • At least 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
  • Good Negotiation Skills.
  • Strategic Proficient Skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
