MARKETING OFFICERS

JOB DESCRIPTION

A fast-growing Company in the Private Security Sector is looking for marketing officers for employment in the following Regions;

1. Greater Accra
2. Central Region
3. Eastern Region
4. Western Region

The position is strictly for very good marketing personnel with experience in Private Security Marketing/Contract winning in both Public and Private Companies.

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Develop and implement marketing strategies that will increase business sales.
2. Develop strategies to ensure retention of existing clients.
3. Advertise the company on all Social Media Platforms.
4. Search/employ best-fit strategies for new contracts for business continuity.
5. Monitoring the trend of competitive companies and develop dynamic marketing plans for competition edge.
6. Increase the company brand by creating huge awareness through physical and online methods.
7. Develop tactics to achieve monthly sales target.
8. Serve as the regional marketing officer.
9. Propose new strategies to management that can increase sales and equally meet client needs.
10. Shall submit to management weekly sales report to measure performance.

1. TECHNICAL SKILLS
2. Strong negotiation skills.
3. Ability to market the company to prospective clients.
4. Ability to communicate effectively and accurately about the company packages to clients.
5. Able to develop and implement marketing strategies without supervision.
6. Understand the Private Security Sector marketing and business trend.

PERSONAL SKILLS

1. Friendly to all persons.
2. Dynamic in nature to meet every client preference.
3. Strong indication to work with a Private Security Company
4. Verbally convincing
5. Accuracy and sound communication

• EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• A degree/HND/Diploma in Marketing, Business, a Security Management.
• Should have a minimum of Two (2) years experience in Marketing /Security marketing.
• Should be between age 28-45.
• An additional qualification relating to the position will be an added advantage.
