Our Founder

Our founder, David Nartey Taylor, is a seasoned HR Practitioner and Entrepreneur with over thirteen years of invaluable experience in Human Resource Management across both private and public sectors.

David’s qualifications are a testament to his dedication to the field: he holds an MBA in Corporate Governance, an MA in Pentecostal Studies, and a BBA in Human Resource Management.

 

His commitment to professional development is evident through his Diploma in HR Management and his Associate membership in the CIHRMP-Ghana.

Throughout his career, David has actively pursued opportunities to expand his knowledge and learn from experts in the industry, participating in numerous developmental training programs.

David’s journey in HR management has been marked by a passion for training and knowledge-sharing, culminating in the development of skills to impart knowledge effectively.

He excels in crafting Human Resource strategies and implementing comprehensive plans that ensure seamless execution.

With a track record of serving in various capacities on recruitment projects for organizations, David’s aim is to make a lasting impact on business operations by applying his expertise in employment laws, HR strategic partnerships, and the utilization of HR technology.

David is not just a behind-the-scenes HR expert; he’s also a public figure, dedicated to demystifying HR for all. Through his YouTube and TikTok series, “hrdaries,” he delves into the intricate legalities between employees and employers, making HR concepts accessible to a broader audience.

David’s extensive experience has equipped him with a diverse skill set in General Human Resource Management functions, including job description preparation, designing organizational structures, in-depth knowledge of labor laws (including the Labour Law Act 651 (2003)), proficiency in data protection laws, and the ability to design and improve performance management systems.

 

He excels in partnering with organizations to drive tangible benefits, providing clear direction to staff, and fostering strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
