Requirements

• Minimum of SHS/WASSCE Certificate.
• At least 2 years experience as a security supervisor in a reputable security company.
• Must be between 25 - 45 years.
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Able to work flexible hours and under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate security personnel on duty.
• Ensure strict adherence to company policies and client instructions.
• Conduct regular patrols and inspections to maintain safety and security.
• Prepare daily reports and submit to management.
• Handle emergencies and ensure quick resolution.
• Liaise with clients and management for effective service delivery.
